In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "kk33" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operating at kk33.lol, including all associated services, games, tools, and the kk33 account portal.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to the legal entity licensed to operate kk33 under international gaming authority authorisation.
• "You", "Player", "Member" refers to any individual who accesses or registers an account with kk33.
• "Account" refers to the registered profile created by a Player on kk33, including the associated PKR wallet.
• "PKR Wallet" refers to the in-platform balance denominated in Pakistani Rupees held on behalf of the Player.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spins, enhanced odds, cashback, or matched deposit offer applied to an Account.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by kk33 before any real-money activity can be conducted.

• Not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of kk33 or its affiliated companies;
• Agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy in full.

Each individual may hold only one registered kk33 Account. Where kk33 identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual, all accounts beyond the first-registered will be closed, and any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited. kk33 reserves the right to determine which account constitutes the primary account.

By completing registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided to kk33 is accurate and that you meet all eligibility criteria above. You agree to notify kk33 promptly of any changes to your registered information.

kk33 is required under its international gaming licence to verify the identity, age, and address of all account holders before permitting real-money deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

3.1 Required Documentation

You will be required to provide the following documents during the KYC process:

• A clear, unobstructed photograph or scan of your valid Pakistani CNIC (both sides);

• Where address verification is required, a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last 90 days confirming your residential address.

3.2 Verification Timeline

kk33 aims to complete KYC verification within 24 hours of receiving all required documentation in legible and complete form. Where additional information is required, kk33 will contact you via your registered email address. Accounts remain in a limited state — deposits may be credited but withdrawals will not be processed — until KYC verification is complete.

3.3 Ongoing Monitoring

kk33 reserves the right to request updated identity documentation at any time where required by its licensing obligations, fraud prevention procedures, or anti-money laundering obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in temporary account restriction or permanent closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kk33 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

kk33 strongly recommends that all account holders:

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from the Account Security settings panel;
• Use a unique, strong password not shared with any other online service;
• Log out of kk33 after each session when using a shared or public device;
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to kk33 support immediately.

kk33 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain appropriate credential security, your disclosure of credentials to a third party, or your use of a compromised device or network.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kk33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani Rupee (PKR) payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL) bank transfer, United Bank Limited (UBL) bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All transactions are denominated exclusively in PKR. kk33 does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR transactions.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum single deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your PKR Wallet instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 15 to 30 minutes of successful bank-side processing during normal banking hours. kk33 does not accept deposits from third-party sources — all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals are processed only to payment accounts registered in the same name as your kk33 Account and matching your KYC-verified identity. Withdrawal requests from accounts with outstanding KYC verification will be held pending completion of the verification process. kk33 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within two business hours for bank transfers, subject to your bank's own processing timelines.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. All transactions are subject to automated fraud monitoring. Where suspicious transaction patterns are identified, kk33 may place a temporary hold on Account withdrawal functionality pending investigation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on kk33:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another individual;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with kk33 games, markets, or the platform interface;
• Exploiting software errors, calculation errors, or pricing errors to generate systematic profit at kk33's expense;
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live dealer tables, poker variants, or any multi-player format;
• Using kk33 for any money laundering activity or attempting to use gaming transactions to obscure the origin of funds;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, charge-back abuse, or abuse of the bonus system through structurally risk-free wagering strategies designed solely to extract bonus value;
• Accessing or attempting to access kk33 from a jurisdiction where such access is explicitly prohibited;

• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill;
• Losses arising from events beyond kk33's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service interruptions, telecommunications failures, regulatory actions, or force majeure events;
• Losses resulting from the Player's own violation of these Terms and Conditions;
• The accuracy of information displayed on third-party websites linked from kk33.

kk33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms a part of this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

kk33 uses your personal data to operate your Account, verify your identity, process transactions, administer bonuses, conduct fraud detection and anti-money laundering monitoring, deliver customer support, and where you have opted in, to send promotional communications. kk33 does not sell your personal data to third parties.

kk33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• kk33 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms and Conditions;
• KYC verification cannot be completed to kk33's satisfaction;
• kk33 is required to do so by its licensing authority or applicable law;
• The Account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months with no login activity;
• The Player requests Account closure.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, kk33 may withhold and forfeit any balance, pending winnings, or bonus funds associated with that Account. Where closure is initiated by kk33 for operational reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your kk33 Account, you should in the first instance contact the kk33 support team via live chat within your Account dashboard. kk33 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant disputes resolution body prescribed under kk33's licensing authority. Details of the applicable escalation body are available on request from the kk33 support team.

For the avoidance of doubt, any dispute relating to the outcome of a certified RNG game or live dealer hand must first be supported by hand history or session log data, which kk33 will provide upon request. Disputes submitted without supporting data cannot be assessed.

kk33 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email to their registered email address and/or by a prominent notice displayed on the kk33 platform, with a minimum notice period of 30 days before the amended terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by regulatory obligation or legal necessity.

Your continued use of the kk33 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using kk33 and may request Account closure and withdrawal of your verified real-money balance before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under kk33's international gaming authority licence. Where these Terms and Conditions are accessed from or relate to Players in Pakistan, any references to legal standards of conduct and consumer protection are interpreted in a manner consistent with kk33's commitment to fair, transparent, and responsible platform operation.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between kk33 and the Player with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, whether oral or written, relating to such subject matter. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
